By working with your IT staff and determining their preferences, CCS can create custom wire management solutions to increase the efficiency of your existing wiring network and specific consoles. CCS will utilize your existing wiring network and make some additions, if necessary, to help improve efficiency.

Bill Behar


Bill is dedicated to the Public Safety Industry. For almost three decades, via Industry Partners, Bill has provided leading-edge solutions to support Public Safety agencies as they seek to provide the best service to their citizens. He has built a reputation among his customers as a servant leader who works alongside them, seeking their best outcomes. 

In addition, he has been a dedicated volunteer for APCO. 

APCO International Commercial Advisory Council

He served for nine years, from 2014 to 2023, as a member of the APCO International Commercial Advisory Council (CAC). Most recently, he served as Chair of the CAC. In his membership and later leadership of the committee, he provided guidance and support to staff, supporting the Corporate Partner Program, soliciting and securing new corporate sponsors, providing support for international expansion, supporting the chapter’s enhancement initiative, and promoting commercial membership among peers and non-member exhibitors at the annual conference and to the chapter/regional conferences.

Texas and Washington APCO Chapters

At the state level, he provided leadership to fellow CCAMs and supported state volunteer leadership in their state conferences, trainings, and other state-wide projects. He was statewide CCAM Chairs for both Texas and Washington chapters.
